Child Safety Standards

Fortro is committed to protecting children and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how to report violations, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Fortro:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Sexualization of minors, including grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or trafficking of children.
• Any content or conduct that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes a child, or attempts to use the service to facilitate such conduct.

How we report and respond

• Users can report content or accounts directly inside the app (the report option on profiles, messages, posts, and comments).
• We review reports and remove violating content and ban offending accounts.
• We preserve relevant evidence and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities, as required by law.
• We comply with all applicable child-safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement.

Report a child safety concern

To report suspected CSAE or to reach our child-safety point of contact, email support@fortro.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

In the United States, you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
